Returns Policy

If you wish to return/exchange something, send us an email at with your order number and concern.


  • Only on-hand items/items WITHOUT customization may be exchanged, unless custom item is damaged (seller's fault).
  • Items may be exchanged for a different style / color, provided that shipping will be handled by the buyer. 
  • Customers are entitled to a refund only if there is a defect in the quality of goods. Change of mind is NOT a reason to request for a refund.
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We request that you return the item the same way you received them - folded and packed neatly.


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through bank transfer (we will ask for your bank details - BDO or BPI accounts only). 


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless it is the seller's fault (wrong item delivered, damaged item delivered).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
